KERUISEN S8 is a polishing compound made for sheet metal and painted surfaces. It is designed for the stage after sanding, when the panel is level but the finish is still hazy with sanding marks, scratches and swirls. S8 works with the pads and tools you already use: sandpaper, a polishing pad and compound are the complete three-part process shown on the label.

Every KERUISEN compound carries a cutting and light rating. S8 is rated 8 cutting / 8 light, a balanced profile that cuts through defects while leaving a light gloss behind. That makes it a practical choice for sheet metal work, panel repairs and painted surfaces that need to be leveled and brought back to a clean shine.

What S8 is shown to do

• Removes sanding marks, scratches and swirls from sheet metal and paint
• Restores gloss to a dull or hazy finish
• Works with the sandpaper, polishing pad and compound process
• Available in sizes from 100–500 g to 20 kg

Sizes for touch-ups and full production

Pick the size that matches your workload. The 100–500 g bottle is made for repair work and spot polishing, the 1 kg and 4.75 kg sizes for regular shop use, and the 20 kg container for higher-volume production.

How to use

• 1. Prepare — clean the panel and finish sanding, then remove dust so the compound can work evenly.
• 2. Polish — apply S8 to a polishing pad and work in overlapping passes, keeping the pad moving at a controlled speed.
• 3. Finish — wipe off residue with a clean microfiber cloth, inspect in good light, and repeat on deeper defects.
