Using our store

You must be of legal age where you live to place an order. Use this store and our products lawfully and in line with applicable laws.

Products and descriptions

We currently offer two products: KERUISEN S8 for sheet metal and paint, and KERUISEN S9 for universal car paint polishing. We work to describe every product accurately, including cutting and light rating, sizes and intended use. Product images are representative; packaging may vary between batches.

Polishing results depend on the surface, condition, pad and technique. Always test a hidden area first and follow the usage guidance on the product page.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Taxes, duties or import fees from your destination country are your responsibility. Payment is authorized at checkout. We may cancel an order and refund the payment if an item is unavailable or a pricing or listing error is discovered.

Orders and shipping

Your order is accepted when we confirm it. Shipping timelines in our Shipping & Returns policy are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, subject to your statutory rights.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our 30-day return and exchange policy. Please read that policy before ordering; it explains eligibility, return shipping and refund timing.

Intellectual property

The KERUISEN name, S8 and S9 names, and all site content — text, images and layout — belong to KERUISEN or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use this content commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not damage the site, interfere with other customers, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content for commercial use. We may limit access if these terms are violated.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KERUISEN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for a product claim is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
